“We have been enjoying the pool and spa everyday- very relaxing. We love the view from this cabin of the lake - it’s beautiful! By the end of the week the fishing turned out pretty good – we had quite a nice catch for a fish fry on Friday.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay at Big Rock Resort. The owners were very accommodating and our fishing guide took us to where were able to catch some nice fish to take home. They were the biggest fish I have ever caught. Chuck Emery was our fishing guide. There were two little chipmunks that came out to play in front of us while sitting on the back deck. Wish we had thought the water would have been so warm. We would have brought our swimsuits.”

“We spent two weeks at Big Rock Resort and loved it. This was our first time here and thought Cabin 5 was really nice. Marty and Mary are great people and accommodated us in every way. We caught some large walleye and northern. Great view from our cabin. We had a couple cold nights, but thanks to the heaters we stayed nice and toasty. There were a lot of pro fishermen here since there was a fish tournament in the area. It was fun watching the pros do their thing out on the lake. Leech Lake is certainly beautiful. Enjoyed the town of Walker for souvenir shopping.”

We had a beautiful week here with warm sunny days and a beautiful full moon at night. Great view of the lake from our cabin. We had a great time fishing – caught a few perch, a northern and a few rock bass. Best fishing that we have had on a lake in a long time. The host - Mary and Marty - were great, always there to help or get what you need. The Chili and Hot Dog supper was a great idea to get to know others in the resort. Everyone was friendly and we had a great week.
